It is a winemaking place aiming for high-quality wine making from good quality grapes. I was fascinated by wine when I was young, immigrated to Katsunuma, brewed in wineries in the town. In 1995, the independence which was long-standing dream has been achieved, "Ikeda winery" was born in Katsunuma area. I am doing wine making that sticks to taste.
The idea of our Ikeda winery is that the hearts of the maker and the drinker communicate with each other through the wine.
