The Kofu Basin where mountains fold around. There is Mukaiyama wine in Koshu city Shioyama located in the northeast of this basin where various fruits are abundant. Wine is something nurtured in the earth. Mt. Mt. Masan wine is exactly Yamanashi wine using only the grapes grown in the Higashiyama area, mainly based on the grapes of the own vineyard. It is a small winery built with only family, but I would like to make wine rooted in the community.
