The wine shop has been renovating the main building of 140 years and it is open.
Ten kinds of wine can be tasted free of charge.
In our own farms we grow Merlot, Chardonnay, Almo Noir etc. mainly in Koshu.

Ikeda Watarase

It is a winemaking place aiming for high-quality wine making from good quality grapes. I was fascinated by wine when I was young, immigrated to Katsunuma, brewed in wineries in the town. In 1995, the independence which was long-standing dream has been achieved, "Ikeda winery" was born in Katsunuma area. I am doing wine making that sticks to taste.
The idea of our Ikeda winery is that the hearts of the maker and the drinker communicate with each other through the wine. -

While pursuing a breeze of tradition and technology since its founding in the building group designated as a registered tangible cultural asset of the country, we aim for fine wine making that fits the Japanese delicate taste and food culture. -
Kashiwa wine

The wine of the temple of Daizenji is made with the neighborhood veteran. I also use the grapes my own priests made in the fields in the precincts and I am building it in the wine-liquor hut in the precincts. Originally it is a local wine for home consumption.

Kizan Liquor Industry

The Kofu Basin where mountains fold around. There is Mukaiyama wine in Koshu city Shioyama located in the northeast of this basin where various fruits are abundant. Wine is something nurtured in the earth. Mt. Mt. Masan wine is exactly Yamanashi wine using only the grapes grown in the Higashiyama area, mainly based on the grapes of the own vineyard. It is a small winery built with only family, but I would like to make wine rooted in the community.
