Okunota Winery is a very small winery located in Shioshan, Koshu City. With a motto of careful wine making that can be done because of its small size, we are working on winemaking using the potential of grapes to the fullest by cultivating wine grapes at 1.5 hectares of own farm. Please enjoy the deliciousness of plenty of minerals expressing the charm of Terroir without any doubt.
We operate our own farms and make wines that bring out the characteristics of individual varieties to the maximum from high quality grapes brought in cooperation with contract farmers.

Wine is an art created by culture climate and grape varieties, and the passion of making wine. More surprising and impressed. I will challenge the new possibilities of Japanese wine.
